Vertical Band saw aara machine:- In this ara machine, two iron flywheel is vertically connect with single vertical iron beam and ara is running over these two connected flywheel. Eligibility Criteria for the Aara Machine licence registration:-

1. Applicant should complete 18 years of age.
2. All category of Wood based Industry with proposed investment of upto 1 crore should have net worth of not less one fourth of the proposed investment. In case more than 1 crore should have net worth of not less than one third of proposed investment.
3. Applicant, as one legal entity, can apply for license in each category. The legal entity includes-

  • Sole Proprietorship Firm

  • Ltd.
  • Public Limited Company
  • Government Department
  • Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

4. Wood Based Industries shall be allowed to operate beyond 10 km of aerial distance from the boundary of nearest notified forest or protected area, excluding roadside/railway side/ canal side plantation.

5. Each applicant has to give an undertaking in the applicant form that he or she will comply with all laws/rules as direction issued by their State government.
6. Water and electricity should be available at the site area.

• AADHAR CARD OF OWNER
• Copy of Address Proof(Electricity bill/Ration Card)
• Audit balance sheet of last 3 years.
• ITR of last 3 years
• Net worth Notatory certified copy
• Solvency certificate from Bank
• Affidavit of owner of land if land taken on lease
• Copy of sale deed, if land is purchased by the proposed owner
• Copy of Khasra khatian of the proposed land
• Attach visual map (Nazri Naksha)
• Approval copy of 5 km cadastral map of site area (Approve by Ranger Forest Officer)
• Copy of “No Objection Certificate” issued by District Magistrate for proposed license holder/ partners at propose place.
• Attach copy of certificate by Municipal Corporation/ Industrial area, if proposed place of establishment falls in Industrial Estate or a Municipal area applicable; else declaration that proposed place of establishment not falls in Industrial Estate or a Municipal area.
• GPS Location.
• Declaration on Rs 10 stamp paper, there is no cases or ban by Forest Department.
• Need declaration on Rs 100 stamp paper for you can agree to follow rules & regulation of Forest.
